This Membership Agreement governs your subscription to FoodTempo's premium membership services. By subscribing to any membership plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
1. Membership Service Overview
If a member chooses to activate the automatic renewal service, that is, the member authorizesZuvio to entrust the payment channel to pay from your own recharge account or a bound third party when the membership service period is about to expire or the subscription period of the membership service is about to expire.
The fees for the next billing cycle will be deducted from the balance of accounts, bank cards, communication accounts, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "accounts"). The premise of this service is that you have activated automatic renewal and bound the relevant account, and can successfully deduct the full amount from the above account.
2. Billing Cycle
Such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, etc. (subject to the details provided byZuvio), members can choose by themselves. After purchasing the automatic renewal service, the iTunes account will be automatically deducted and the membership validity period corresponding to the billing cycle will be extended within one day of each billing cycle.
Available Subscription Plans:
- Weekly Subscription: Renews every 7 days
- Monthly Subscription: Renews every 30 days
- Quarterly Subscription: Renews every 90 days
- Annual Subscription: Renews every 365 days
3. Automatic Debit Rules
3.1 Authorization
If a member chooses to activate automatic renewal, it is deemed to have agreed to authorizeZuvio to issue a deduction instruction according to the deduction rules of the payment channel when the membership service period is about to expire, and agree that the payment channel can follow the deduction instruction issued byZuvio. The fee for the next billing cycle will be deducted from the account without verifying the member account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information.
3.2 Validity Period
Unless the member voluntarily and explicitly cancels the automatic renewal, the member's automatic debit entrustment toZuvio is valid for a long time and is not limited by the number of times.
3.3 Debit Attempts
Since the automatic renewal service requires you to take the initiative to cancel, if you do not take the initiative to explicitly cancel the automatic renewal, it will be deemed that you agree thatZuvio can carry out the payment within a certain period after the expiration of the membership service period according to the deduction rules of the payment channel. Debit attempts from time to time (even if you have insufficient funds in your account).
3.4 Successful Deduction
Once the deduction is successful,Zuvio will activate theZuvio membership service corresponding to this billing cycle for you;Zuvio hereby reminds you that the amount of theZuvio membership service fee corresponding to this billing cycle you paid is based on your automatic renewal price agreed withZuvio. However, in the event of activities on the platform or other circumstances thatZuvio has agreed with you, the aforementioned amount shall be subject to the relevant agreement betweenZuvio and you. At the same time, after the automatic renewal service is cancelled, if the automatic renewal service is activated again, the amount of theZuvio membership service fee you pay for this billing cycle is based on the automatic renewal price agreed withZuvio when it is activated again.

5. Cancellation Method
5.1 Apple Mobile Device
Apple mobile device "APP Store" → Click on the Apple account avatar in the upper right corner, enter "Account" → "Subscribe", select "FoodTempo" to cancel the subscription.
5.2 Other Payment Methods
WeChat, Alipay, Paypal: Please cancel according to the automatic subscription payment channels bound to Apple ID, such as WeChat, Alipay/My/Payment/Automatic renewal management.
6. Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before renewal may result in a charge for the next period.
7. Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple according to their refund policy.Zuvio does not have the ability to process refunds directly.

- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find yourZuvio subscription purchase
- Select "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions
8. Price Changes
FoodTempo reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect your current subscription until it renews. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new price.
9. Service Modifications
FoodTempo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the membership service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes to the service.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Member
You may cancel your membership at any time using the cancellation methods described above. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
10.2 Termination byZuvio
FoodTempo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time if:
- You violate the User Agreement or this Membership Agreement
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your payment method fails or is declined
- We are required to do so by law
11. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
FoodTempo may offer free trials or promotional pricing for new members. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription at the regular price.
12. Account Sharing
Your membership is personal to you and may not be shared with others. Each membership is tied to a single Apple ID and device. Sharing your account credentials or attempting to use your membership on multiple accounts may result in termination of your membership.
13. Data and Privacy
Your subscription information (status, billing cycle, renewal date) is collected and stored as described in our Privacy Policy. We use this information solely to provide and manage your membership service.
14. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Membership Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated agreement in the app
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending an in-app notification for significant changes
Your continued use of the membership service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
