Welcome toZuvio. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of theZuvio mobile application ("App", "Service", or "Application"). By downloading, installing, or usingZuvio, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Important Notice: This Agreement includes important information about your rights and obligations. Please read it carefully before usingZuvio.

Your User Content is stored locally on your device.Zuvio does not upload, sync, or store your personal content on our servers, except for the minimal data described in our Privacy Policy (User ID, coin balance, and subscription information).

5.1 Coins

FoodTempo offers virtual currency ("Coins") for purchase through the Apple App Store. Coins can be used to unlock premium features within the App. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5.2 Subscriptions

FoodTempo offers subscription plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store account settings.

5.4 Pricing

Prices for coins and subscriptions are displayed in the App and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

5.5 Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to their refund policy.Zuvio does not process refunds directly.

6. AI-Powered Features

6.1 AI Meal Planning

FoodTempo offers AI-powered meal planning features that generate personalized meal suggestions based on your input. These suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical or nutritional advice.

6.2 No Medical Advice

FoodTempo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed for general wellness and meal tracking purposes only. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.

6.3 Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Use the information at your own discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

FoodTempo and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This includes but is not limited to:

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Membership Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you andZuvio regarding the App.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement without restriction.
