Quick Troubleshooting Tips

🔄 App Not Responding

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device.

📸 Photo Upload Issues

Check thatZuvio has permission to access your photos in iOS Settings > Privacy > Photos.

💳 Purchase Problems

Verify your payment method in the App Store. For refunds, contact Apple Support directly.

🔐 Subscription Issues

Manage your subscription in Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.

📊 Data Not Showing

Ensure you have created meal entries. Data is stored locally on your device.

🎨 Theme Not Applying

Try switching to a different theme and back. If using a premium theme, verify your subscription status.

Account & Data

Data Backup: All your data is stored locally on your device. We recommend regularly backing up your device using iCloud or iTunes to prevent data loss.

Account Deletion: To delete your account and associated data, please email us at progresschinecherem000@gmail.com with your request.

Data Export: Premium members can export their data from within the app. Go to Settings > Data Management > Export Data.

Subscription & Billing

Managing Subscriptions: All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel or modify your subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. SelectZuvio
  5. Choose "Cancel Subscription" or modify your plan
